Job summary

Westlake Ace is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining a clean, organized store appearance. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires basic retail experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Training on forklift operation may be provided; candidate should be reliable and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group to customers.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and answering questions.
• Greet customers and assist with product location and store layout.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain back stock levels and participate in store merchandising and resets.
