Responsibilities

• Process cash and credit card transactions according to procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries quickly.
