Responsibilities

• Help guests from arrival to checkout with registration, reservations, and information.
• Issue keys and provide room rate quotes.
• Process cash/credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash, complete checkouts, and verify charges.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
