Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a Part-Time Security Team Member to help protect guests, team members, assets, and venues across the Hershey Entertainment Complex. You will perform high‑visibility patrols, respond to alarms and incidents, document reports, and coordinate with departments to maintain safe operations.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to obtain RAMP certification. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Safety & Security.
• Post-employment: must obtain RAMP Certification.
• Criminal justice/safety training and experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere to guests and team members.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with departments.
• Provide security for transporting money and documents.
• Deploy security personnel and equipment during incidents.
• Assess, investigate, resolve, and contain situations per policy and training.
• Provide high-visibility patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Monitor guest behavior for policy compliance and safety.
• Produce timely incident reports through documentation processes.
