Job summary

Hersheypark Entertainment Complex is seeking a part-time Security Patrol team member to help maintain safety across Hershey Entertainment & Resorts venues. The role involves patrolling facilities, responding to incidents, and assisting guests and staff with security-related needs.

Candidates should have security-related training or experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Criminal justice/safety/security training and experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with clear verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere to guests and team members
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other departments and support teams
• Provide security for transporting money and financial documents
• Monitor guest behavior for compliance with event and venue policies
• Create timely, thorough incident reports through the incident documentation process
• Consistently practice safe work habits including PPE use and reporting of unsafe situations
