Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company in Hershey, PA is seeking a Part-Time Security Patrol to help keep guests and team members safe across all HE&R venues. You will perform high-visibility patrols, monitor crowds, respond to incidents, and coordinate with management.

The role requires 3+ years in safety/security, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Post-employment: RAMP Certification; training provided.

Qualifications

• Criminal justice/safety/security training and experience preferred.
• Must be friendly, upbeat, and able to interact with guests and team members.
• Must be able to work independently and stay vigilant in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must complete all training requirements including RAMP post-employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and friendly atmosphere to guests and team members.
• Establish and maintain relationships with other departments.
• Provide security for transporting money and documents.
• Deploy security personnel and equipment during incidents.
• Investigate, resolve, and contain situations per policy and training.
• Perform high-visibility patrols of buildings and grounds.
• Monitor guest behavior for policy compliance and safety.
• Communicate with Security Management on training and operations.
• Create timely incident reports.
