Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. This role models Experience First behaviors, guides Bear Builders, and drives store sales goals while maintaining outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include leading on-duty shifts, mentoring associates, delivering memorable guest experiences, and ensuring brand standards. Availability 15–25 hours weekly, HS diploma required, with a preferred Associates degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business/management preferred.
