Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving guests to tables and assist in seating.
• Answer the restaurant telephone and manage reservations.
• Maintain reservation book and communicate VIP needs.
• Support for the department and maintain room cleanliness during shift.
• Provide professional appearance and demeanor in line with standards.
