Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
• Maintain active floor presence for periods over 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of the service environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs by listening and offering tailored solutions.
• Be knowledgeable of machines, games, and features; resolve simple issues.
• Promote marketing initiatives to guests.
• Document guest activity and records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of café and gaming areas.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips during shifts.
• Ensure underage patrons are not served alcohol or gambled away by ID check.
• Support regulatory inspectors and maintain compliance.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages with consistent quality.
