Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, manage reservations and table assignments.
• Seat guests and explain restaurant concepts.
• Maintain host stand and guest entrance organization.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and communicate key info.
• Respond to guest requests to create positive experiences.
• Coordinate with FOH/BOH to ensure timely service.
