Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the store in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro/Cabela’s brand standards with proper dress code and name badge.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs/badges.
• Distribute promotional materials for events and promotions.
• Keep entryways and work areas clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Assist firearm check-in with Outfitters per SOP.
