lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail store. You will engage guests, share product education, and embody our community and culture while maintaining the luxury store environment.

With a focus on inclusion, integrity, and collaboration, you will move dynamically on the floor, assist with transactions, restocking, and store operations, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, respecting guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and assist store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
