Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator in our retail stores to deliver world-class guest experiences, share product education, and connect with our community. You will engage guests, demonstrate technical product knowledge, and guide them through omnichannel options.

You thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment, are flexible with schedule including evenings and weekends, and are willing to move on the floor, restock, and maintain the store to a luxury standard. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide product education.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Maintain store presentation and use in-store tech to support operations.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
