Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, educate customers on products, and embody our community and culture in the store. You will engage guests, share product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping environment.

Responsibilities include on-floor interaction, flexible scheduling, and maintaining store standards while upholding safety policies and a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests throughout the shift.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to act.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and use in‑store technology.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and safety standards.
