lululemon is seeking an Educator who will be the foundation of our guest experience, delivering world‑class service and authentic product education in our retail stores.

Educators engage with guests, share top‑quality product knowledge, and speak authentically about our community and culture while guiding guests through the shopping journey.

Willing to work a flexible schedule, enjoy a fast‑paced environment, and help maintain the luxury store ambiance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock according to standards.
