lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage guests, educate them on products, and support omnichannel programs while staying energized on the shop floor.

This role focuses on creating an inclusive, high-energy environment with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and guest satisfaction, contributing to overall store success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class guest service in retail.
• Clear communication of product features and benefits.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to move around the sales floor and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock or relocate items according to standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the luxury environment of the store.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
