Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and product education in our store environment. You will engage guests, share knowledge about performance apparel, and contribute to a premium in-store experience that reflects our community and culture.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, safety, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class guest service and educate guests on product benefits.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless guest experience and store operations.
• Operate in-store technology, restock items, and maintain a clean luxury environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and store policies during all tasks.
