Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and drive seamless in-store and omnichannel transactions.

You will collaborate with teammates to uphold our standards and culture. Responsibilities include maintaining visual presentation, restocking, and supporting store operations while embracing inclusivity and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to make it right for guests.
