You will work on the floor, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with teammates to create an inclusive, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal authorization to work in the store's country.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilités

• Engage guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect their time.
• Assess guests' needs to offer tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and explain product value.
• Execute omnichannel programs and accurate guest transactions according to company standards.
• Move on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues.
