Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain high guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback; greet guests by name when possible.
• Product Knowledge: know merchandise information, promotions, test merchandise, and ads.
• Work Ethic: assist in maintaining store appearance and completing daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: help replenish stock and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety procedures, keep area clean, report hazards to management.
• Cleanliness: maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
• Physical Demands: meet lifting and movement requirements as described.
