Consulting for Human Services (CFHS) seeks a part-time Head of Growth and Partnerships to lead business development and manage key client relationships within the nonprofit human services sector. The role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and closing new opportunities, building strategic alliances, managing revenue expansion, and serving as a billable consultant on assigned projects.

Schedule: 20 hours/week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, human services, or healthcare.
• 15+ years of experience in consulting, human services and/or healthcare.
• 7+ years supervisory/managerial experience in consulting, human services, and/or healthcare.
• Experience in nonprofit leadership and strategic growth within human services, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, and/or healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development efforts and manage key client relationships.
• Identify, cultivate, and close new client opportunities.
• Focus on business development, strategic alliances, client relationship management and revenue expansion in nonprofit human services.
• Serve as a billable consultant on assigned projects.
