Consulting for Human Services (CFHS) is seeking a part-time Head of Growth and Partnerships to join our team in Lafayette Hill, PA. The role leads business development efforts and manages key client relationships, focusing on identifying, cultivating, and closing new opportunities in the nonprofit human services sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, human services, or healthcare.
• 15+ years experience in consulting, human services and/or healthcare.
• 7+ years experience in consulting, non-profit leadership and strategic growth roles in human Services, behavioral health, SUD, IDD, and/or healthcare.
• 7+ years supervisory/managerial experience in consulting, human services, and/or healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development efforts and manage key client relationships.
• Identify, cultivate, and close new client opportunities.
• Focus on business development, strategic alliances, client relationship management and revenue expansion in nonprofit human services sector.
