WRH Realty Services, LLC. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the property's exterior image and curb appeal. The role focuses on outdoor upkeep, landscaping, and routine building maintenance across communities.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements of the position.
• 40 hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Must enjoy outdoor work year-round.
• Must have a working smartphone for apps and communications.
• Customer service skills and a positive attitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property and remove litter and debris from grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting as needed.
• Remove abandoned furniture and trash from vacant apartments; assist with appliance removal.
• Clean pool area, pool filters, drains, and dog park amenities as applicable.
• Keep breezeways free of debris; pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, and structures.
• Paint office areas, outer lobby, laundry room, restrooms, fitness room, and rails around pool.
• Use leaf blower to maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests.
• Change locks and make keys as needed.
• Distribute resident communications.
