Job summary

REEP Residential seeks a part-time Porter / Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the Valor Hill community. This on-site role covers 28 hours per week and supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Director in daily grounds upkeep and resident-facing areas.

Responsibilities include inspecting the property, collecting litter, cleaning breezeways and entrances, handling trash, assisting with basic landscaping, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or multifamily property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property regularly to collect litter and debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, parking areas and entrances.
• Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Assist with basic landscaping upkeep, including sweeping, leaf removal, and weed removal.
• Report property damage, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns.
