Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to support Mountain View Estates in Longmont, CO. The role involves maintaining lawns, common areas, and amenities to uphold curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The position requires operating power tools safely, performing groundskeeping and basic maintenance, and assisting with irrigation inspections under supervision. Prior groundskeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of groundskeeping or maintenance experience at a manufactured or multi-family property.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff and visitors.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, bending and pulling.

Responsibilities

• RepresentIPG in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Perform general park and facilities maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Use a chainsaw to cut and remove large tree limbs or debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, lawns, walkways and parking areas.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems; adjust, repair, or replace sprinklers.
• Assist with inspection of property and common areas each morning and address issues.
• Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, scrub floors and remove litter around property.
• Perform trash-out duties and move items to dumpsters or storage areas.
• Maintain the pool during pool season.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
