Job summary

Legacy is seeking a Part Time Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join a collaborative team. The role focuses on sustaining the appearance and maintenance of the manufactured home community, including landscaping, repairs, and general upkeep.

The position requires basic building trades knowledge, safety awareness, and reliable scheduling. Responsibilities include meter reads, resident communications, and responding to after-hours issues to ensure a well-maintained community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Effective performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around Clubhouse and common areas.
• Conduct monthly water meter reads.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Perform maintenance and refurbishments as needed.
• Respond to after-hour calls for water and sewer emergencies.
• Troubleshoot water/sewer breaks and repair meters.
• Maintain community pool to comply with health and regulatory standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow-up on maintenance tasks.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
