Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across its communities. The role involves frequent property walks, trash-out duties, lighting checks, pool/spa maintenance, and basic repairs as directed. The team supports resident satisfaction and retention through attentive site upkeep.

Typical hours vary by community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance.
• Able to work independently and have a willingness to learn.
• Must have good communication abilities.
• No formal training required, just a willingness to work/learn.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Walk the property regularly and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments.
• Notify manager of diseased or dead landscape plants.
• Be aware of chemical or fertilizing postings and signs.
• Transfer trash into dumpsters and keep areas clean.
• Detail property and sweep leaves, grass, and debris from sidewalks and lots.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Clean and maintain pool/spa as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance on the property as requested.
• Shovel snow, plow and apply ice melt as needed.
• Clean laundry room areas when housekeeping is not present.
• Maintain safety awareness.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways, and stairwells.
• Distribute resident communications.
