Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas at our properties. The role requires physical work, attention to cleanliness, and safety awareness, with hours varying by community needs and potential weekend coverage.

You will perform landscape upkeep, trash-out duties, lighting checks, pool/spa maintenance, and routine property upkeep. Excellent English communication and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and learn new tasks.
• Good communication abilities are essential.
• Willingness to learn and take on maintenance-related duties.
• Must communicate in English.
• Working knowledge of building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property regularly to remove litter and debris.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments and keep areas clean.
• Monitor landscape health and report diseased plants.
• Check exterior lighting and replace bulbs as needed.
• Clean and maintain pool or spa per instructions.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells when required.
• Assist with snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
• Assist with general property maintenance and safety compliance.
