Related Affordable is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds, common areas, and property amenities across our communities. You will help create a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes dependability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining a well‑kept property. You’ll perform landscaping tasks, assist with unit turns and minor repairs, monitor exterior lighting, and support the maintenance team

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Light maintenance experience (unit turns) highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Snow removal and landscaping experience a plus.
• Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to follow direction, work independently, and manage assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete requests promptly and interact with residents to meet needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of property grounds, walkways, parking areas and common spaces.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks including trash removal, sweeping and debris cleanup.
• Assist with light maintenance duties and minor repairs as assigned.
• Support turnover, inspections and preparation of vacant units.
• Monitor exterior lighting and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and safe; follow safety guidelines.
