• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of grounds keeping, custodial, janitorial, and/or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness and upkeep of public/common areas.
• Assist maintenance with basic repairs, groundskeeping and housekeeping duties.
• Clean all common areas daily and prepare vacant units for turnover.
• Perform exterior groundskeeping tasks such as trimming shrubs and lawn care.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stored and used according to laws and safety procedures.
