Job summary

Northstar Properties is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation of apartment communities, common areas, amenities, offices, and vacant units. This role may travel between Northstar properties to support cleaning and property needs.

The Housekeeper will work with maintenance and office teams, follow safety procedures, use cleaning products properly, and help prepare apartments during move-outs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, including picking up trash and debris
• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, breezeways, stairwells, clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, laundry rooms, and other community areas.
• Clean and maintain swimming pool areas, restrooms, and other amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe down, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Remove trash and debris from assigned areas and dispose of it properly.
• Travel between Northstar Properties as assigned to assist with cleaning and housekeeping needs.
• Work cooperatively with the maintenance, landscape, and office teams.
