Greyeagle Apts in Taylors, SC 29687 is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter (Part-Time) to maintain the community’s appearance and support the maintenance team. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, debris removal, pool area upkeep, and light repairs.

You should be able to operate landscaping equipment, work outdoors in varying weather, and provide excellent customer service while helping ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, janitorial, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, and debris removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, and vehicles safely and effectively.
• Assist with pool area maintenance, including cleaning and seasonal prep activities.
• Pressure wash and clean walkways, buildings, and other areas as needed.
• Inspect exterior lighting and replace bulbs as required.
• Assist with apartment make-ready and vacant unit prep.
