Job summary

Cottonwood Reserve Apartments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to join our team. This role offers up to 20-25 hours per week, with potential schedule requirements including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks English to communicate with customers and interpret safety manuals.
• Available to work on-call during nights/weekends and Company events.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs and ladders.
• Capable of navigating elevation changes and uneven terrain.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and litter from the property grounds.
• Sweep and pressure wash pathways and buildings.
• Perform basic gardening and weed control.
• Clean windows and common furniture.
• Perform general maintenance tasks related to the grounds and building.
