Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. The role focuses on keeping grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained, supporting the maintenance team as needed to ensure apartments are ready for current and prospective residents.

The position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team with occasional weekend hours as needed. Based in Texas, it offers full-time hours and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and details.
• Must follow company procedures and safety rules.
• Must perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (where applicable).
• Must complete required Grace Hill training.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, pathways, stairwells, pools, and parking areas.
• Use blowers and brooms to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and minor repairs as requested.
• Perform interior and exterior painting and general upkeep as assigned.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards; support OSHA/ADA compliance.
