Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper / Housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness across the property and support the on-site team. The role includes janitorial duties, groundskeeping, and light unit turnovers, reporting to the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of grounds keeping, custodial, janitorial, and/or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness of common areas and units.
• Perform exterior grounds keeping and landscaping tasks.
• Clean and maintain common area spaces, elevators, and hallways.
• Assist with light housekeeping in occupied units.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures and report hazards.
