Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ janitorial, custodial, or property cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, laundry rooms, kitchens and offices.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant units during turnover.
• Assist with grounds and exterior maintenance tasks including litter removal and seasonal landscaping.
• Support light maintenance and basic repairs to fixtures and fittings.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines and use PPE.
• Distribute resident notices and assist with pool upkeep where applicable.
