West Coast Self-Storage Group in North Plains, OR is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces and property infrastructure. The role collaborates with the District Manager and store teams to keep grounds clean, functional and compliant with standards.

The position involves outdoor, labor-intensive work across multiple properties, using hand and power tools, with opportunities for training and advancement. Pay is hourly with several benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience required.
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.).
• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security, etc.).
• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.).
• Learns skills necessary to complete the job and reports progress to DM.
• Ensures property appearance and upkeep across multiple sites.

Part-Time Groundskeeper in North Plains, OR.

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule: 3 days a week

• Learns skills necessary to complete the job
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager)
• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.)
• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.)
• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.)
