Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Medford, OR is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor areas across multiple properties. The role partners with the District Manager to keep grounds, parking areas, and facilities clean, safe, and presentable.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This outdoor, labor-intensive position offers a starting rate of $20 per hour plus stipends and profit sharing potential, plus retirement and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Grounds keeping or maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with utilizing hand and power tools is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Learns skills necessary to complete the job.
• Communicates project status and follow-up dates on schedule to DM (District Manager).
• Maintains facility grounds (landscaping, parking areas, etc.).
• Maintains facility systems (lights, gates, security systems, etc.).
• Maintains facility structures (fences, doors, etc.).

Part-Time Groundskeeper - Medford, OR.

Job Summary:

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to ensure upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards.

This role involves performing various landscaping and maintenance duties for multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris.

This is an outdoor and labor-intensive job. It includes the use of tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items to complete the required work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
