B.HOM Student Living is seeking a part-time Porter to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community in Boone, NC. You will support daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep to enhance curb appeal and resident living experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work with maintenance teams. Work schedule is primarily weekday with potential for extended hours, weekends, and on-call based on needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grounds & property upkeep: maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property; inspect exterior grounds daily; manage waste areas.
• Curb appeal & maintenance support: assist with painting curbs and exterior touch-ups; replace bulbs; assist with unit turns.
• Amenity & common area care: clean and maintain clubhouse, pool area, and other spaces; track pool chemical logs.
• Resident experience: deliver customer service and keep environments clean, safe, and resident-ready.
• Additional responsibilities: support operations and special projects as needed.
