Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning and maintenance tools.
• Reliable and able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with pool area if needed.
• Post notices and communicate with residents when required.
