Job summary

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a part-time Grant Coordinator in Fargo, North Dakota. The role involves identifying and applying for grants, overseeing the full application process, and coordinating with leadership to secure funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; three years of grant-writing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple grants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research grant opportunities aligned with The Village's needs.
• Collaborate with administrative managers and Senior Leadership Team on funding sources.
• Compile information and draft grant applications according to requirements.
• Submit grant proposals on time and ensure compliance with parameters.
• Monitor and evaluate funded programs and maintain grant records in CRM.
• Prepare monthly grant status reports and maintain documentation.
