Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will work in the Cashier Area and Club Desk, handling payments, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while delivering friendly, world-class service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, answering questions, maintaining a clean front-end, and contributing to a premier shopping experience. Flexible schedule required, with a focus on accurate transactions and merchandise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist at the Front-End (Cashier Area and Club Desk).
• Process transactions securely and accurately per SOP.
• Manage returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Keep Front-End areas clean, organized, and well merchandised.
• Answer product questions and direct customers to team members as needed.
