Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Knoxville, TN is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to guide customers in Golf Clubs and accessories, assist with club fittings, and keep the Hard Goods area clean and inviting.

You will participate in front-end operations, manage returns and exchanges, and help promote promotions and events while delivering world-class customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and sharing product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service.
• Assist in front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards.
• Maintain Hard Goods areas with premiere stock and visual presentation.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with club fitting.
• Stay informed on merchandising promotions and events.
• Provide feedback to the Sales and Service Manager.
