Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Part-time Retail Golf Services Associate. You will execute Club Services (re-gripping, re-shafting, loft and lie adjustments) and front-end operations (returns, exchanges, loyalty programs).

You will diagnose club issues, communicate repair options and timelines, and document service orders to support inventory management. You will engage customers with world-class service, maintain a premier merchandise presentation, and ensure safety and ethical

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Perform Club Services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments
• Handle front-end tasks including returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions
• Maintain merchandise presentation and service desk area to support sales and customer experience
• Explain repair options, associated costs, and timelines to customers
• Document work orders and track progress for inventory management
