Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written messages.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair or related experience.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Perform club services such as re-gripping, re-shafting, loft & lie adjustments.
• Handle front-end operations: returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty rewards.
• Maintain premiere stock and visual merchandising to drive sales.
• Document service orders and communicate repair options, costs, and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional Service Desk area.
