• Assist in the rewind of various kinds of electro-mechanical equipment.
• Observe all safety procedures and policies and use proper protective equipment (eye/ear protection, steel toe shoes/boots, gloves).
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

Role Mission

Under the guidance of the Shop Manager and shop personnel, the General Laborer will provide assistance to the Electric Motor Mechanics, Winders, and Machinist on repairs.

Competencies
