Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions in Neenah, Wisconsin, is seeking an entry-level electro-mechanical technician. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Shop Manager to provide hands-on support to Electric Motor Mechanics and Machinists.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Technical Certification or Associate Degree in a related field preferred.

• Disassemble electro‑mechanical equipment, noting parts identification, configuration, and condition
• Clean equipment assemblies using various methods, including parts washers and steamers
• Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects to perform work duties
• Dismantle and strip damaged or unserviceable electro‑mechanical equipment
• Assist in rewinding various types of electro‑mechanical equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned
