Job description

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Part Time Furnace Operator is responsible for setting recipes and managing the heat treat process for furnace operations. Limited heavy lifting may be required, up to 30 lbs. and motion is repetitive.

Hours available for this position are any hours, any days, from Friday 2 pm through Sunday 1 pm. A minimum of 12 hours per week is required. In addition, full benefits are offered at 25 or more hours per week. We operate 24/7 and can offer a great deal of flexibility.

Dowa offers a competitive starting rate of $20.00/hr and up (depending upon experience), with a $1.25 pay differential for all hours between 5 pm and 5 am.
