This is a hands-on manufacturing position within a production team. The ideal candidate is dependable with either prior furnace experience or willingness to be trained, able to stand for long periods, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Now Hiring: Furnace Operator – Day Shift (Heat Treat Facility) Location: Fremont, IN Schedule: Thursday-Sunday , 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Furnace Operator to join our team at a heat treat facility in Fremont, Indiana. In this role you will be responsible for operating production furnaces, monitoring heat treating processes, and ensuring parts meet quality and customer specifications. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on manufacturing work and being part of a production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate industrial furnaces and related heat treating equipment used to process metal parts.
• Load and unload racks of parts in and out of the furnace safely and efficiently.
• Monitor furnace temperatures and process settings throughout production cycles.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and work instructions.
