Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Fremont, IN is seeking a Furnace Operator for the night shift (Wednesday–Saturday), 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will operate heat-treat furnaces, monitor cycling temperatures, and ensure parts meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

We offer overtime after 40 hours and three consecutive days off Sunday through Tuesday. Training is provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and dependable attendance to support a busy heat-treat

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or furnace experience preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Load and unload racks of metal parts safely and efficiently
• Monitor temperatures and process settings throughout each cycle
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency

Pay: 18 per hour

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Furnace Operator to join our team at our heat-treating facility in Fremont IN. In this role you will be responsible for operating production furnaces, monitoring heat treating processes, and ensuring finished parts meet customer quality standards.
